Grow in your other classes

In my leadership class we have a major project due at the end. The same is true for Safety, Epics, and Capstone. The entire process is the final capstone on this education level and I have decided that I enjoy this much better. Give me a huge project and teach me to break it down into little pieces. This has been what i've been working toward. I find correlations in the need for being good at time management and even grit. To be successful, the number one ingredient is determination and a desire to keep pushing through, especially when it seems too big to handle.
